Gumbo

Pimento Cheese Fritters

Pimento cheese is a southern staple, and one of our favorite picnic spreads. This isn't grandma's sandwich tray, though. At McCray’s, we've kicked it up a notch with our pimento cheese fritters, featuring sharp, creamy, homemade pimento cheese that’s deep fried until crispy. These tasty treats are served hot with tomato jam and a roasted garlic aioli, for a sweet and savory, crunchy, creamy bite.

Shrimp and grits is a traditional dish found throughout the low country of coastal Georgia and the Carolinas. Delicious for brunch, lunch, and dinner, our shrimp and grits come loaded with house tasso ham, andouille sausage, and pickled sweet peppers. Warm, velvety grits and a spicy Cajun cream sauce make this dish perfect all year round, but it's particularly good on cool days and rainy afternoons.
